Individual counseling sessions are designed to help you achieve your personal goals. Each 50-minute session includes tracking your progress, addressing new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting your treatment plan as needed to support the best possible outcomes for your mental health.

Why We Do Not Accept Insurance
Choosing a counselor who operates outside of insurance networks provides important benefits:

Flexibility: Sessions are not restricted by insurance company policies, offering greater options for scheduling and treatment planning.

Confidentiality: Insurance companies require a formal diagnosis that becomes part of your permanent medical record, which may affect future career decisions, security clearances, or insurance coverage.

Personalized Care: Your treatment is fully customized without external limitations. Together, we focus solely on your unique needs and goals.
While this approach may involve a greater financial investment, many clients find it leads to a more effective and fulfilling therapeutic experience.
Can I submit for reimbursement through my insurance?
Theraforge® does not bill insurance directly. However, upon request, a detailed receipt (also called a "superbill") can be provided. You may submit this superbill to your insurance company to request potential reimbursement for out-of-network services. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan’s policies for out-of-network mental health benefits.
It is the client's responsibility to verify out-of-network benefits with their insurance provider.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in a $60 fee.
